DIRTY BRUSCHETTA
2 1/2 oz Haute Vodka (or your favorite vodka)1/2 oz Dirty Sue premium olive juice2 cherry tomatoes2 inch strip roasted red pepper1 teaspoon of chopped red bell pepper1 garlic clove1 large basil leaf
In a mixing tin, muddle tomatoes, roasted pepper and bell pepper. Add garlic, basil, vodka and Dirty Sue. Add ice. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a basil leaf.

BARTENDER TIPS
Add a splash of Dirty Sue to your favorite bloody mary mix.Vermouth “rinse” – add a small amount of dry vermouth to a martini glass. Swirl around the liquid until the sides are “rinsed” with vermouth. If you”ve added too much, toss the excess.

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Fill a pint glass with ice. Mix equal parts light beer and tomato juice. Add a splash of Dirty Sue and hot sauce to taste. Garnish with a lime.

“Rinse” a chilled martini glass with dry vermouth. Shake over ice and strain into the “rinsed” martini glass. Garnish with two olives

- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
- 1/2 oz Dirty Sue4 dashes of The Bitter Truth Celery Bitters

-1/2 oz Patron Citronage
- 1/4 oz Dirty Sue1 tablespoon Modena Balsamic vinegar
Pour all into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and squeeze in a wedge of lime.
THE LILY DEW by Matty Eggleston
- 2 ounces fino sherry
- 3/4 ounce Dolin Sweet Vermouth
- 1/2 ounce Nocina della Christina or any good walnut liqueur
- 1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue olive juice dash of Angostura bittersdash of Regan”s orange bitters
In a mixing glass, stir together the sherry, vermouth, walnut liqueur, olive juice and bitters with cracked ice until well chilled. Strain and serve in a cocktail coupe with an orange twist.
