Something New Is Stirring....
Martinis have always been the ultimate “simple… if you know what you’re doing” cocktail. Spirit, maybe vermouth, ice, a garnish — that’s it. Which begs the question: is there really room left to innovate?
At Dirty Sue, we think the answer is a loud, confident yes.
Because innovation doesn’t always mean turning classics into science projects. Sometimes it means taking a ritual people already love — the chill, the shake or stir, the first sip — and making it more drinkable, more flexible, and more fun without losing what makes a martini a martini.
Behind the scenes, our founder ET spends a suspicious amount of time in what we call “the R&D Lab.” (Translation: a mixing glass, a freezer-cold bottle, and a nightly commitment to trying “one more idea.”) It’s part curiosity, part craftsmanship, and part obsession with one simple goal: keep the martini culture moving forward.
What’s changing in 2026? Drinkers are getting more specific. They want balance over burn, savory over sweet, and quality ingredients that actually taste like they belong in the glass. They’re also into cocktails that feel elevated but don’t demand a dissertation to order (or make at home).
So yes — there’s innovation on the horizon. Not a reinvention. An evolution.
If you love martinis, keep your glass chilled.
Something is coming that’s equal parts classic and unexpected… and it might just change how “dirty” gets done. 🍸
