3 ounces of your favorite gin or vodka
1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue

Shake over ice and strain into
a chilled martini glass
Garnish with two olive

3 ounces of your favorite gin or vodka
1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue

Shake over ice and strain into
a chilled martini glass
Garnish with one onion and one olive

1 1/2 ounces of your favorite vodka
1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue
2 onces of soda water

Mix all ingredients over ice in a collins glass.
Garnish with two olives

3 ounces of your favorite gin
1/2 ounce of Dirty Sue

"Rinse"* a chilled martini glass with dry vermouth.

Shake over ice and strain into
the 'rinsed' martini glass
Garnish with two olives

Fill a pint glass with ice. Mix equal parts light beer and tomato juice. Add a splash of Dirty Sue and hot sauce to taste.

Garnish with a lime.

• BARTENDER TIPS
Add a splash of Dirty Sue to your favorite bloody mary mix.

Vermouth 'rinse' - add a small amount of dry vermouth to a martini glass. Swirl around the liquid until the sides are 'rinsed' with vermouth. If you've added too much, toss the excess.
